Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Get a full body stretch using movements that increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, improve balance, and strengthen your core. Exercises will be done standing, seated, kneeling, and lying down. You must be able to get down onto the floor for parts of this all levels class. Equipment needed: Yoga mat and non-rolling chair. Facilitators: Tanya Taylor & Serina McEntire Wednesdays, 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
