Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Qigong

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until December 29, 2022
Qigong uses movement to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of improving and maintaining health and wellbeing. The practice introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen meaning unconditional love, which opens the heart, strengthens the body, and calms the mind. All levels are welcome. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.

Fee: $25 members/$50 non-members
