Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. QiGong

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until April 28, 2022
Qigong is a beautiful moving meditation practice like Tai Chi. The practice method used introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen, which means unconditional love. This fitness practice is good for beginners! Facilitator: Pamela Tanton. Thursdays, 11:30 am – 12:15 pm. (This is a 45-minute practice)
Series 1: April 7, 14, 21, 28 (If joining this class after the initial start date, please call 410-662-4363 to register.) The Fee includes ALL dates listed for this series.
