Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. How Music Moves Us

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until November 18, 2022
This workshop will explore the building blocks of music: rhythm, harmony, and note reading. We will discuss the different ways of approaching music and why music matters in our daily lives. You will learn how to follow piano/vocal scores, opening a whole new way to learn and understand your favorite music. Facilitator: Lauren Latessa, Cellist and founder of the Iris Music Project.

Fee: $15 members/$30 non-members
