Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.

The pandemic has been challenging to the wellbeing of many of us. Do you feel sluggish, isolated, and/or less comfortable in your body? Need a jump start, but a gentle one? This seated Qigong class will focus on a series of beautiful, slow, and gentle movements to help you build strength gradually, open your chest, breathe deeper, and enhance your sense of wellbeing. No experience is needed, just a desire for gentle movement and socialization. Facilitator: Pamela Tanton. This is a Live only event.

Fee: $25 members/$50 non-members
