Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.

Experiments in Watercolor with Alexa

This class explores watercolor by highlighting different artists who utilize it in their art practice. We will first go over the basics of watercolor then move on to more complex projects. We will also explore different ways to make your own watercolors at home. After learning basic watercolor techniques, each week we will look at a different artist and learn about their use of watercolor paint in their artworks. Our project for the week will be inspired on what we learn during our art history portion of the class. At the end of the session students will be asked to make a final project that utilizes one or multiple of the techniques they have learned. Mondays, January 24 – May 9 (no class 3/14); 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
